What you’ll need:
- Egg
- Small microwavable bowl
- Sharp knife
- Oil (optional)
- Salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Add oil to the bowl (this is optional but the egg will turn out better with the oil)
- Crack the egg into the bowl & add salt
- Puncture the yolk with a sharp knife (to prevent it from exploding in the microwave)
- Place bowl in microwave, nuke for 45 seconds on high
- Continue to cook for 10-15 seconds if the yolk is too runny
